I just finished my 10th treatment and boy does it feel good to almost be done with these. I feel pretty good and am trying to continue to stay as active as I can. I have been able to continue to run and do most of the things I did before chemo. Its pretty amazing I haven't lost any weight since I started these things, infact I have gained a few pounds.
So the plan is two more treatments and then I will have a PET scan if nothing shows up on the PET scan I will be done. I will have scans every 3 months just to be safe.
I can't wait I am so ready to be finished with this.
I feel really blessed that I have been able to tolerate this stuff as well as I have. I know that all the thoughts, prayers and fasting have helped us through this. We really appreciate all the help.
I know this will all be ok. You are very strong and positive. Your attitude will make the difference, that and the faith and prayers of the army of people pulling for your recovery. go Dave!
